Terms & Conditions

1. For any tour package booked through our website, 50 % of the package cost has to be paid in advance to confirm all services. The remaining payment can be settled once you arrive in Nepal.

   Note: For further details on payment, kindly please check “Mode of payment” section.

2. For Travel agent will undertake to clear all bills rendered to Natraj Trekking Pvt. Ltd. before 15 days of guests/ group arrival.

3. All errors and corrections must be informed to the Finance and Accounts Department of Natraj Trekking Pvt. Ltd no latter than 7 days of receipt of bills in writing. Following the 7 days period, Natraj Tours & Travel Pvt. Ltd is not liable to entertain any representations towards the same.

4. Natraj Trekking Pvt. Ltd reserve the right to charge 12% interest on delayed payment and hence would suggest prompt payment to maintain a high credit relation

Cancellation Policy:

1. No cancellation charge for cancellation done 30 days prior to the tour start date
2. 10 % Cancellation charge for cancellation done between 8 to 29 days prior to tour start date
3. 50% cancellation charge for cancellation done 3 - 7 days prior to the tour start date;
4. 100% cancellation charge for cancellation done from 2 days prior to the tour start date.
5. Travel Insurance will not be covered from Nepal.

We accept all major credit ( Master Cards & Visa Card), or you can wire transfers the payment in our following USD Bank Accounts
